Much rain & baby potato salad

Will this rain never end! Cape Town is supposed to be experiencing the start of summer and it just keeps raining dammit! Plus got stuck in just about every possible traffic jam today with all the roadworks related to making the place extra pretty for the World Cup - lots of tree planting and sign erecting.
Anyhoo thought I'd post the salad we had last night. I think it would also be a winner with quartered roasted baby potatoes - in fact probably more of a winner - I am a big fan of roasting!

Baby potato, asparagus, runner bean & hazelnut salad

6 baby potatoes, boiled and sliced into 2ml slices
100g green asparagus, ends removed and blanched till just tender
4 runner beans (or fine French beans), string removed, topped & tailed and sliced into long strips - just slice a thin strip off either side and then slice into long strips
6 spring onions, sliced at an angle
70g roasted, peeled hazelnuts *
Fresh mint
Wild rocket
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Dijon mustard
Salt
Black pepper

Gentle toss the potatoes, asparagus and runner beans together.
Top with fresh mint, rocket, spring onions and hazelnuts.
Top with the dressing made by mixing 3 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice and mixing with mustard and seasoning.
* To peel hazelnuts, roast and then rub the skins off with a clean dish towel.
